At Bond, Arnett, Phelan, Smith & Craggs, P.A. we believe that the practice of law requires a commitment to our clients as well as the law. William "Dude" Phelan represented the Fifth Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Board of Governors from 1999 through 2005.

Ann Melinda Craggs served as President of the D.R. Smith Inn of Court in 2003-2004. She has also served on the Withlacochee Area Legal Services Board of Directors now known as Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, Inc.

M. Thomas Bond, Jr. is a past recipient of the Florida Bar's President's Pro Bono Service Award.
